Only caviar from champignons with carrots and onions can be tastier than caviar from champignons. The taste immediately becomes richer and the color brighter. And, of course, do not forget to add your favorite spices. This time I will tell you how to cook such caviar with a meat grinder.
Ingredients
- Champignons - 1 kg
- Onion - 300 g
- Carrots - 300 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass onions, carrots and champignons through a meat grinder.
Add the tomato and oil, and simmer everything for about an hour on low heat.
Add spices and crushed garlic.
After another 10 minutes, add vinegar, and roll the caviar into sterile jars.
