- Peas - 400 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sausage - 200 g
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the peas, soak for 3 hours and boil until soft in water or broth.
Chop the onion and sausage, and lightly fry. Add grated carrots and finely chopped pepper to the same place, and fry for another couple of minutes.
Add tomato paste and spices, stir the roast and send it to the peas.
Chop the soup with a blender. If necessary, add more liquid or cream.
