Sharp garlic arrows will decorate any dish, including borscht. It is best to prepare this recipe in the season of young garlic. But if you have frozen or canned arrows, they will also work.

Boil the broth, add the grated beetroot and cook over medium heat until a beautiful bright color.

Add diced potatoes and cook until half cooked.

Add chopped cabbage and pepper.

Fry the chopped onion with grated carrots until soft. Add the tomato paste and fry for another 5 minutes.

Send the roast, spices and chopped garlic arrows to the borscht. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
