- Broccoli - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 200 ml
- Chicken broth - 300 ml
- Nutmeg - 1 pinch
- Butter - 30 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Fry the onion in butter for a couple of minutes over high heat.
