- Plums - 1 kg
- Sugar - 250 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the plum and put it in sterilized jars.
Boil the water and pour the plum. Cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and boil again.
Pour citric acid into the jars, pour the syrup and roll up the plum compote.
