Ingredients
- Red cabbage - 1.5 kg
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Water - 1 l
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage and onion, chop the garlic and cut the beets into strips or plates.
Put everything in sterilized jars.
Boil the water with the remaining ingredients.
Pour over the cabbage and roll it up for the winter.
