I love plum jam because it's a great way to keep the summer mood for winter. Plum slices combined with vanilla and cinnamon create an incredibly fragrant and delicious dessert that can be added to yoghurts, served with pancakes or simply eaten with bread.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the plums and cut them into slices.

Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup until dissolved.

Lay out the plums and bring them to a boil again.

Add cinnamon and vanilla, and cook the jam for about 30 minutes on low heat.

Roll up in sterile jars.
