Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Cranberries - 2-3 handfuls
- Dill - 4 umbrella
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Currant leaves - 4 pieces
- Cherry leaves - 4 pieces
- Allspice - 1 art.l.
- Mustard Seeds - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers for a couple of hours in cold water.
If desired, slice them. Arrange in sterile jars with cranberries and all spices and additives.
Pour boiling water over the blanks and let cool under the lids.
Drain this water, boil it again and add sugar, salt and vinegar.
Boil the marinade for 2 minutes, pour in the cucumbers and roll up.
