The apartment is filled with an incredible sweet aroma when I cook my favorite strawberry jam with whole berries. You need to cook them until they become soft and juicy. This jam is a great addition to toast, buns and desserts.
Ingredients
- Strawberries (shallow) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil until dissolved.
Go through the strawberries, cut off the tails and dip the berries into the syrup.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool completely.
Repeat the previous step.
Bring the jam to a boil for the third time and roll it into sterile jars.
