Ingredients
- Apricots - 3 kg
- Sugar - 500 g
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apricots into slices and peel them from the seeds.
Put the fruit in the prepared jars.
Boil water, add sugar and citric acid.
Pour boiling syrup over the apricots and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Roll up and wrap up for a day with a warm towel.
