Don't know what to do with celery stalks? And I'll tell you now! It turns out to be just an amazing dietary snack and a pleasant addition to the main dishes. I also add cucumbers to the jars, but this is already to your taste.

Peel and rinse the celery, and cut the stems into cubes of 7-10 cm each.

Wash cucumbers and cut off the tips, chop dill and hot pepper, peel garlic from the husk.

Carefully arrange everything in jars, cover with salt and sugar, and pour oil, vinegar and lemon juice into the same place.

Pour boiling water to the top, cover with a lid and shake lightly so that everything is evenly mixed.

Put the jars in a saucepan with water and sterilize over medium heat for about 20 minutes, and then roll up.
