Ingredients
- Garlic - 7-8 heads
- Water - 1 glass
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Allspice - 10 peas
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the garlic cloves in a sterile jar and pour boiling water over them. Leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
Drain the water and add salt and pepper to it.
Boil again, add vinegar, pour garlic and roll up.
