Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 2 kg
- Bananas - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour boiling water over the gooseberries for 5 minutes.
Drain the water, rub the soft berries through a sieve.
Peel the bananas and chop them in a blender.
Mix both blanks, add lemon juice and sugar.
Boil on low heat for 10 minutes, not forgetting to stir in time.
Arrange the hot jam in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
