- Apples (antonovka) – 1 kg
- Lingonberries - 600 g
- Sugar - 1.2 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and randomly slice the apples.
Add lingonberries to them and pour in some water.
Boil everything for 15-20 minutes until soft.
Rub the mass through a sieve, add sugar and boil the jam to the desired density.
