Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Parsley - 20 g
- Vinegar - 40 ml
- Sugar - 60 g
- Salt - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the parsley, peeled onion and bell pepper.
Chop tomatoes in a blender and rub through a sieve.
In a deep saucepan, mix the parsley, onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, sugar and salt.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from the heat after 1 minute.
Fill the prepared jars with hot ketchup and roll them up.
