There are so many jars of pickled mushrooms in the store, but it's so hard to find really tasty ones among them. Therefore, I prefer to solve the problem at the very beginning, and roll up fragrant mushrooms on my own. I share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (any) – 3 kg
  • Sugar - 80 g
  • Allspice - 5 peas
  • Vinegar - 50 ml
  • Garlic - 5 teeth
  • Water - 1 l
  • Salt - 60 g
  • Black Pepper - 10 peas
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort, rinse and randomly chop the mushrooms.

Boil them for 20 minutes in boiling water, and then rinse.

Boil the ox with sugar, salt and vinegar.

Add all the spices and mushrooms, and bring to a boil again.

Boil the mushrooms for an hour on low heat and after half an hour add the garlic.

Roll the pickled mushrooms into sterile jars.
