Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1.5 kg
- Water - 500 ml
- Sugar - 30 g
- Salt - 40 g
- Mustard Seeds - 20 g
- Allspice - 20 g
- Turmeric - 15 g
- Vinegar (9%) – 70 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cucumbers into thin plates and place them tightly in a sterilized jar.
Boil water with all the other spices, add vinegar and boil for 5 minutes.
Strain the marinade and pour it over the cucumbers.
Put the jar in a pot of hot water and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Roll up the jar.
