Wash the plums, remove the stems and seeds, cut the fruits into 4 parts.
Fill the prepared plums with sugar and leave overnight to let the juice.
Then discard the plums in a colander and collect the resulting juice in a cooking bowl.
Cook the syrup. Bring the plum juice to a boil, boil for 15-20 minutes, stirring.
Remove the peel from the orange in any convenient way, squeeze out the juice, cut the pulp arbitrarily.
Put plums in a bowl with syrup, add orange juice, zest and orange slices. Put the workpiece on the fire, bring to a boil and, stirring, boil over low heat to the desired consistency.
At the end of cooking, add sprigs of fresh mint and boil for another 3-5 minutes.
Pour the hot jam into sterile jars, seal tightly, wrap and leave until completely cooled. The finished jam is stored at room temperature without any problems.
