Cucumbers in Finnish with mustard and vinegar for winter

I love pickled cucumbers according to a variety of recipes. They are always so delicious and fragrant! For example, this Finnish version with mustard and vinegar is just a godsend. For this recipe, I try to use young and fresh vegetables so that they are crispy and juicy.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2.2 kg
- Salt - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vinegar (6%) – 250 ml
- Water - 1.5 l
- Mustard Seeds - 2 tbsp.l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers for a couple of hours in cold water.
Randomly slice.
Boil the water with all the spices, pour in the vinegar and bring the marinade to a boil again.
Put the cucumbers there and boil for 3-4 minutes.
Roll them with marinade into sterilized jars.
