Ingredients
- Quince - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Cranberry juice (or other berry) – 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cook the syrup from the juice and sugar.
Peel and slice the quince, send it to the syrup and bring it to a boil again.
Cook the jam for about 30-40 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Roll it up in sterilized jars for the winter.
