- Apples - 1 kg
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 1.5 glasses
- Cinnamon - 3 sticks
- Star anise - 3 asterisks
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Carnation - 4 bud
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice the apples and put them in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with a lid, leave for 10 minutes and drain this water into a saucepan.
Boil it again and repeat the previous step.
Add sugar and spices to the drained water, boil the syrup for 5 minutes after boiling over low heat and strain.
Pour the apples again and roll up the compote for the winter.
