Mushroom pate is a special treat. It is good as a spread, filling for tartlets or pies, or just as a separate snack. And you can cook it from any kind of mushrooms, for example, from oyster mushrooms. I'm telling you!
Ingredients
- Oyster mushrooms - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 75 ml
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and carrot, and fry until soft in oil.
Add the chopped oyster mushrooms and continue to fry until the mushrooms are ready.
Put everything through a meat grinder and add spices and salt to the pate.
Simmer it for another 15-20 minutes, pour in the vinegar, mix and roll it into sterile jars.
