Cranberry jam can be sour and even tart. In order not to add even more sugar, you can simply dilute the berry with something else. Apples are perfect for this task. And in order to preserve the maximum of vitamins, we will cook it using the five-minute technology.
Ingredients
- Cranberries - 800 g
- Apples - 800 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and finely chop the apples. Mix with cranberries and sugar.
Leave the blank for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and let cool.
And so on 2-3 more times, according to the consistency of jam.
After the last cooking, immediately spread the hot jam into sterilized jars.
