Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots and pass the fruits through a meat grinder.
Mix the jelly and 100 g of sugar.
Add to the apricots and bring to a boil.
Boil for 2 minutes and add the remaining sugar.
Cook the jam for another 7-10 minutes.
Add citric acid and roll the jam into sterile jars.
