Sour yellow plums make a wonderful and not at all cloying jam. The only problem is the bones, because they don't separate too well by hand. But I will tell you how to cope with this difficulty.

Ingredients

  • Plums (yellow) – 1 kg
  • Water - 120 ml
  • Sugar - 700 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the plums with water and boil for 15-20 minutes until soft.

Grind them through a sieve.

Add sugar and boil the jam for about half an hour until thick.

Put it in clean, dry jars.
