Ingredients
- Plums (yellow) – 1 kg
- Water - 120 ml
- Sugar - 700 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the plums with water and boil for 15-20 minutes until soft.
Grind them through a sieve.
Add sugar and boil the jam for about half an hour until thick.
Put it in clean, dry jars.
