Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Carnation - 2 bud
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and put them through a meat grinder.
Add sugar, salt, oil, pepper, bay leaf and cloves, and bring to a boil.
Add arbitrarily chopped pepper, bring to a boil again and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add crushed garlic, mix and roll the lecho into sterile jars.
