Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the beef with water and boil until tender.

Add the washed peas and continue to cook the broth for another half hour.

During this time, coarsely chop the potatoes and fry the leeks with chopped carrots.

Put everything in the soup and cook until the potatoes are ready.

Add spices, boil for a couple more minutes and remove the soup from the heat.
