Green borscht with sorrel is a classic of Russian cuisine. Today I will tell you how to cook it properly so that nothing gets boiled. I prefer to serve it with a poached egg, but you can boil the egg to your taste.

Boil the chicken until tender. Add the chopped potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes.

Chop the onion and celery and fry for 5 minutes. Send it to the soup.

Chop the sorrel and all the greens, send them there and bring to a boil. Season it.

Pour in the egg white, stirring constantly. Boil the green borscht for another minute or two and remove from the heat.
