Really tasty and original jam is obtained if you mix several types of berries. Today I want to share with you my favorite option – from irga and black currant. And at the same time, this is a good solution if you are lucky enough to get a harvest of irgi.
Ingredients
- Black Currant - 800 g
- Irga - 800 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Go through all the berries, cover with sugar and leave for at least 4 hours.
