To preserve the juice for the winter, it needs to be processed in a certain way. The most convenient way to do this is in a pressure cooker. Let's look at the example of grape juice – delicious, rich and very concentrated. It is especially good from dark grapes.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Heat the bottom container with water.

Put a juice container and put the washed grapes on top.

Cover with a lid, bring to a boil and cook the juice for 1.5 hours on low heat.

If necessary, add sugar and boil until it dissolves.

Drain the juice first into a separate container, and then into sterile jars. Roll up.
