Ingredients

  • Plums (red) – 500 g
  • Sugar - 1-1.5 glasses
  • Water - 2 l
  • Citric acid - 2 pinches

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the plums into halves and remove the bones.

Boil water, add sugar and mix.

Add the plum, bring to a boil again and boil for 3 minutes.

Add citric acid to the compote, pour it into sterile jars and roll it up.
