Ingredients
- Physalis - 200 g
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Water - 600-700 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean and rinse the physalis.
Add sugar and water, bring to a boil and boil all 10-12 minutes on low heat.
Pour the compote into sterile jars and roll it up.
