Bright and delicious greetings from summer. Open a kaleidoscope salad jar in winter and remember sunny days, birdsong and the scent of a blooming rose. But in order for it to be so, it is worth taking stock in time. This recipe will be useful to you in August, when the apples begin to ripen.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 2 kg
- Apples - 500 g
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 150 ml
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into quarters, peel the seeds and sprinkle with vinegar.
Peel and slice the bell pepper and onion.
Mix everything, add black pepper, sugar, salt, oil and garlic passed through the press. Cover with a lid and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
Arrange the vegetables in jars, evenly distribute the resulting juice.
Sterilize for 15 minutes and roll up.
