Ingredients
- Meat broth - 2 l
- Peas (stabbed) – 100 g
- Hunting sausages - 200 g
- Smoked meat - 400 g
- Smoked chicken - 150 g
- Raw smoked sausage - 150 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Olives - 2 handfuls
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Add chopped meat products and washed chopped peas to the boiling broth. Cook for half an hour.
Fry the chopped onion with grated carrots. Add the tomato and stir.
Separately fry the finely chopped cucumbers.
Put all the ingredients in a hodgepodge and boil for another 15 minutes.
