Ingredients
- Chicken - 300 g
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Cheddar Cheese - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the chicken with water and boil until tender.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry until golden.
Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences and boil for a couple of minutes until soft.
Add grated cheese to the chicken and cook until it dissolves.
Chop the broth with cheese and chicken in a blender, add spices.
Send the broccoli and vegetable roast to the cheese base, bring to a boil and boil for another 5 minutes.
