Classic soup with chicken and vegetables is very easy to diversify by adding a little milk to it. This dish is perfect for the whole family – for children and for adults. And it is also very easy to prepare, but at the same time you can surprise them.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Water - 1 l
- Milk - 300 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- String beans - 120 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Celery - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender and chop coarsely. Set aside.
Randomly chop all the vegetables. Send the potatoes to the boiling broth.
After 5 minutes, add carrots and pepper, and after another 5 minutes, add the rest of the vegetables.
Wait again for 5 minutes, pour in the milk, season the soup and bring to a boil.
Boil for a minute or two and remove from heat.
