To make the green pea soup even more tender and delicious, I add cream to it. Choose fatter ones, from twenty percent and above – they are better suited here. And to make the dish more satisfying and not so bland, I cook on chicken.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Green peas - 200 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 200 ml
- Cheese - 80 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken, fill with water and boil until tender.
Add the randomly chopped potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
Fry the onion until golden and send it to the soup. Add the peas there as well.
After 5 minutes, remove the mass from the heat and whisk with a blender.
Add spices, cream and grated cheese, and boil again until the cheese melts.
