Ingredients
- Turkey - 700 g
- Cabbage - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Cucumber pickle - 200 ml
- Bacon - 100 g
- Smoked sausage - 120 g
- Sausages - 3 pieces
- Boiled sausage - 100 g
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the turkey in advance.
Chop the onion and carrot. Fry until soft and add thinly sliced meat products, except turkey.
Fry for another 5 minutes and add tomato paste and sliced cucumbers. After 3 minutes, remove from the heat.
Separately simmer the cabbage until soft. Add chopped dill.
Put all the ingredients in pots, pour the broth with brine and simmer for about an hour at 180 degrees in the oven.
