Pea soup is good because it can be cooked anywhere and in any way. For example, in a cauldron. And then in the recipe I will tell you what you will need for this. A good option for both home and country holidays, and for hiking conditions.
Ingredients
- Peas (stabbed) – 150 g
- Hunting sausages - 200 g
- Smoked meat - 200 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 shtuik
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Rosemary (or other herbs) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance for a couple of hours.
Boil it for 30 minutes and add chopped smoked meats, potatoes and sausages.
Cook everything together for another 10 minutes and add the rest of the vegetables with spices. Cut the vegetables to your taste.
Continue to cook the pea soup in the cauldron until the peas are ready and at the end add chopped rosemary or herbs.
