- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Butter - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Vermicelli - 1 handful
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken for about half an hour, remove and slice.
Rinse well, peel and coarsely chop the mushrooms.
Strain the broth, bring it to a boil, add salt to taste and add mushrooms. Cook for about 10 minutes.
During this time, fry the onion and carrot in butter and also add to the soup.
After 3 minutes, add the noodles and spices, return the chicken and cook the soup until the noodles are ready.
