I present to your attention another wonderful recipe of the popular lagman. Delicious soup is prepared with pork, hot pepper and string beans. Moderately spicy, moderately fatty — in my understanding, this is exactly what lagman should be.
Ingredients
- Pork (collar) – 400 g
- Noodles - 250 g
- String beans - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Tomato sauce - 50 ml
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 l
- Greenery (different) – half a bunch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop pork, string beans, peeled onions, carrots and bell peppers.
Chop the hot pepper together with the seeds.
Fry pork in a deep cauldron in hot oil. Each piece should be browned on all sides.
Add the onion and carrot and continue to fry for 5 minutes.
Add string beans, Bulgarian and hot peppers.
Mix the tomato sauce with a small amount of water and pour into the cauldron. Turn down the heat and cook under the lid for 15 minutes.
Pour in the remaining water, add black pepper and simmer for 40 minutes.
Add salt to the finished soup, turn it off and leave it under the lid for 15 minutes.
Boil the noodles in salted water until tender, put them in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Arrange the noodles on plates, add the soup and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
