Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beef until tender for about an hour.
Cut all the vegetables into cubes. Add beets and potatoes to the broth.
Lightly fry the onion and carrot until soft. Mix with tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the broth if necessary.
Send the roast to the borscht and cook until the vegetables are ready.
Add spices, crushed garlic and chopped dill.
