Ingredients
- Vegetable broth - 1.5 l
- Cucumber pickle - 150 ml
- Cucumbers (pickled) – 4 pieces
- Pearl barley (or pic) – 100 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cucumbers into circles, the potatoes into cubes, and the carrots into cubes. Chop the onion.
Boil the pearl barley in the broth according to the instructions. 10 minutes before the end, add the potatoes.
Add the onion and carrot and cook until the vegetables are ready.
Add cucumbers, brine and spices, boil the soup for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
