Fill the ribs with water, bring to a boil and boil until tender.

Cut all the vegetables into small cubes. Fry the onion, after 5 minutes add the carrots, and after another 5 beets.

At the end, add the tomato and spices, pour in a little broth and cook the roast for another 5 minutes.

Arrange the ribs into pots. Put potatoes on top, cabbage on it, and then roast.

Pour in the broth, add crushed garlic and put the borscht in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
