There is a stereotype that fish soups are harder to cook. In fact, this is far from the truth, it's just that fish soups are not so common. But you won't need any special skills, and even the minimum amount of time is spent.
Ingredients
- Cod - 450 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Leek - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Greenery - 5 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the fish with bay leaf until tender for about 20 minutes. Strain the broth.
Put the sliced potatoes in the fish broth, and after 5-7 minutes – the rest of the vegetables.
After another 5 minutes, return the fish to the soup, add spices and herbs, warm up and remove from the heat.
