- Tomatoes - 300 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Tomato juice - 2 glasses
- Tabasco - 2 drops
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Basil (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes and peeled onions in a blender.
Chop cucumbers and hot red pepper.
Mix tomato juice, wine vinegar, vegetable mass of tomatoes and onions.
Add tabasco sauce, salt, ground black pepper and olive oil.
Add the chopped cucumbers, hot pepper and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
Serve gazpacho cold, adding a little fresh basil to the plate.
