Plums are a generous gift of summer, which you definitely need to stock up for the winter. Among other options, I advise you to cook canned plums. Syrup can be added to tea or used to impregnate biscuits, and delicious fruits are an excellent dessert.

Ingredients

  • Plums - 3 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Water (filtered) – 2,5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the plums and put them in prepared jars.

Boil water, add sugar and boil for 2 minutes.

Pour the syrup into the jars and sterilize for 20 minutes.

Carefully remove the jars from the sterilization bath, roll them up and wrap them with a blanket.
