Caviar from pears with carrots and onions for the winter through a meat grinder

Mushrooms are quite peculiar mushrooms, so it's not always possible to immediately figure out what to cook from them. Personally, I really like this caviar with carrots and onions. Moreover, it is prepared with a minimum of effort through a meat grinder.
Ingredients
- Gruzdi - 1.3 kg
- Carrots - 300 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Garlic - 0.5 heads
- Salt - 1.5 art.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 70 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pears until tender and slice.
Chop the onion and carrot, and fry in oil until soft.
Add the pears and fry for another 20 minutes.
Put everything together through a meat grinder.
Add garlic, spices and vinegar.
Simmer the caviar for another 15 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
