Ingredients

  • Sugar - 2.5 kg
  • Fig - 4 kg
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the figs, cover with sugar and leave for a few hours or overnight.

Bring the billet to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, pour in lemon juice and remove from heat.

Let the jam cool completely, bring it to a boil again and boil for 5 minutes.

Repeat the previous step again and roll the hot jam into sterile jars.
