Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the gooseberries with water and boil for 10 minutes after boiling.

Add raspberries and cook for another 5 minutes.

Beat everything with a blender and grind through a sieve if desired.

Add sugar, boil the jam again and boil it to the desired thickness.

Pour it into sterile jars.
